Our ABA Therapy team operates out of Pasadora Place, and provides services in the clinic, home, or school settings.

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

All of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) are licensed with the Council for Professions Allied with Medicine in the Cayman Islands. As Masters-level Clinical Practitioners with backgrounds in both Psychology and Education, our BCBAs are equipped with high levels of training across the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis, including training in Precision Teaching, Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Pivotal Response Training, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), and more.

Behaviour Technicians & Shadows

Senior Behavior Technicians

Senior Behavior Technicians at Cayman ABA are skilled interventionists and Registered Behavior Technicians, with over 5 years experience working with children with special needs using the principles of ABA. Our Senior Behavior Technicians are mentors and trainers for our Junior Behavior Technicians, and practice at high standards of care under the ongoing supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Many of our Senior Behavior Technicians posses Masters degrees in the fields of Psychology and Education, and some are currently pursuing further education and credentialing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. All of our Senior Behavior Technicians have at least 5 years experience in ABA, and some even have have 15 years experience!

Junior Behavior Technicians

Our Junior Behavior Technicians are all Bachelors Degree holders, from the fields of Psychology, Nursing, and Education. Junior Behavior Technicians at Cayman ABA successfully completed the RBT Training Program and have obtained certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board as a Registered Behavior Technician. Our Junior Behavior Technicians are relatively new to the practice of ABA, but are all skilled at what they do. Practicing under the regular supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts, our Junior Behavior Technicians practice at high levels of clinical integrity, with the sprinkle of Cayman ABA enthusiasm that makes for an excellent program!

School Inclusion Shadows

Our School Inclusion Shadows are trained specifically in Positive Behavior Supports (PBIS), social shadowing and curriculum modification, to support students in mainstream schools.
