Emily is a Caymanian Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and International Behaviour Analyst (IBA). They hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Andrews University (2016) and a Master of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Drexel University (2020). Emily’s passion for ABA began during their undergraduate studies, leading them to become a Registered Behaviour Technician upon graduating in 2016 at The Wellness Centre.

Between 2017 and 2018, Emily worked at the AJ Drexel Autism Institute in the U.S., providing clinical services, research, and training in various settings—including schools, clinics, and Philadelphia International Airport. In 2018, they then worked in the UK in an ABA-based clinic and supported students in clinical, home and school settings. In 2019, they returned to the Cayman Islands to rejoin The Wellness Centre as a Senior Behaviour Technician and, after earning their BCBA in July 2021, became the Child Services Team Lead, supporting technicians, parents, and educators for clients aged 2–13. In 2023, Emily earned certification as a ZERO TO THREE “The Growing Brain” trainer and has led workshops on early brain development for behaviour technicians and early-childhood educators.

Their commitment to ongoing growth led them to join Cayman ABA’s team. Emily's goal is to empower each child to build independence and affect regulation skills with unwavering support, while equipping behaviour technicians, parents, and caregivers to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
